In this process, LEGO® Serious Play® is not a game – it is a strategic tool that makes thoughts tangible and communication more effective and more honest.

Workshops are led by facilitators from the worlds of psychology and business and can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on your challenge and the number of participants you want to involve.

What does it look like in practice?

  1. Meeting

    The first step is a joint meeting where we listen, understand and, together with you, define the problem and the approach we will use in the workshop.

  2. Workshop

    The second step is the workshop itself, where everyone – and we mean EVERYONE – takes an active part and arrives at solutions together.

  3. Report

    The third step is capturing all insights and observations in a document that we deliver as the answer to the challenge set in the first step.
