Vanja Medić Primožić

My name is Vanja Medić Primožić, and I help organisations, teams and leaders understand themselves and each other more clearly, make better decisions and build a work culture grounded in trust, clarity and resilience.

By training I am a psychologist, a licensed REBT psychotherapist, a certified organisational coach and a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator with more than 8 years of experience in psychological assessment, talent development, leadership and emotional well-being in business settings.

My speciality is combining analytical and creative approaches – I rely on evidence-based methods while using experiential tools such as the LEGO® Serious Play® method, which help teams visualise complex challenges, see different perspectives and co-create solutions.

As a facilitator and coach, I create structured and safe spaces for reflection, dialogue and sound decision-making – whether I am working with leaders, talent management teams, start-ups or larger organisations in transition.

Milica Đinđić Staničić

My name is Milica Đinđić Staničić, and I am an economist by training. I completed my undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and I am currently completing an MBA in International Business in Italy. I have spent ten years working in international companies, which I got to know at very different stages — from start-ups and mid-sized companies to large corporate organisations.

I have worked on go-to-market and sales strategies, business development and sales operations. As a manager, I built and scaled teams and learned what happens when the business, expectations and people all grow at the same time. Leading teams taught me how much clarity, trust and the way people talk to each other matter for a good result.

I bring business experience to Brickly, but also a willingness to pause, listen and ask a question before offering an answer. I believe in open communication, careful listening and good intentions. I also believe that teams already carry a great deal of knowledge — sometimes they just need a different space to discover it together.
