We run Brickly workshops in person, at your company’s premises or at an agreed venue, in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Slovenia.
The same process, wherever your team is
When a team works across several cities or countries, differences in how goals and priorities are understood grow faster, and a shared conversation is harder to organise. Everyone sees their own part of the picture, and there is rarely a moment when all the key people are in the same room.
That is why we bring the workshop to where the people are. We arrive with the materials and a process agreed in advance; you provide the room and make sure the right participants attend. The method, the structure and the way we document the work are the same as in our Belgrade workshops.

Organising a workshop outside Belgrade
From the first call to the work in your room
We sort out the logistics in advance, so the workshop day is dedicated to the work alone.

In a short online call we get to know the challenge, the team and the location, and check whether a workshop is the right format.

Process design
We agree on the questions, duration, participants, working language and how the work is documented.

Travel and venue
We align the date, the room and the travel. All costs, including travel and accommodation where needed, are stated clearly in the proposal.

Workshop and follow-through
We run the workshop in person and document the conclusions and next steps in the agreed format.

What do we need from you?
We agree on the exact conditions based on the format and the number of participants. As a starting point, plan for the following:
- a quiet room with enough work surface for building
- relevant participants present for the whole agreed session
- a workshop goal defined in advance
- a contact person for on-site logistics

Do you travel outside Serbia?
Yes. We run in-person workshops in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Slovenia, at your company’s premises or at another agreed venue.
What language is the workshop run in?
For teams from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we run the workshop in the regional language, without an interpreter. For teams in Slovenia and North Macedonia we agree the working language in advance.
How are travel costs handled?
All costs, including travel and accommodation where needed, are stated in the proposal before you decide to work with us.
Can the workshop be held online?
The intro call is online, but the workshop itself is not. The method relies on building together in the room, so we run workshops in person only.
