How Brickly Method collects, uses and stores the data you send us through the contact form.

What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name (optional), the country where the workshop would take place (optional), the content of your message and basic information about the source of your enquiry: the first page you visited, the domain you came from and any campaign tags in the link. Before the form is submitted, this information is kept only within the open browser tab; on submission it is stored together with your enquiry. We do not use it for cross-site tracking or profiling.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and for any further business communication. The legal basis is your consent, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period
We keep messages sent through the form for no longer than 24 months from our last communication, after which we delete them.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. is involved in the processing (website hosting, the database of submitted messages, abuse protection and delivery of email notifications). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to restrict its processing, as well as the right to object and to withdraw your consent. You can send a request to info@bricklymethod.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
