Workshops for real business challenges

The problem isn’t the people. It’s a culture of silence.

In most companies, solutions only come from those “at the top”. People get used to staying quiet and doing what they are told, start going through the motions and can’t wait for the weekend to switch off. Their potential goes untapped and their creativity stays invisible – and that is exactly what can make the difference.

Three clear formats

Choose the depth, not a ready-made answer

We tailor every format to your challenge. The difference lies in time, depth of work and the level of decision the team needs to make.

LEGO® Serious Play® combines building, metaphor, conversation and shared reflection. At first glance – a game. At second glance – a carefully designed method that:

  • involves everyone, even the quietest people;
  • pushes the boundaries of creative thinking;
  • leads to solutions the team can apply right away.

Led by a certified facilitator, every LEGO® Serious Play® workshop is designed in advance, agreed in detail with the management team and structured to impress everyone – not only with the final solution, but with the whole experience that LEGO® Serious Play® brings.

All participants are active, guided by facilitators who combine metaphorical modelling, LEGO® bricks and discussion, all with the aim of helping participants respond to the challenge in front of them as efficiently and effectively as possible. And all of it – through play.

A look inside the room

From a question to a shared decision

A workshop is not free-form brick building. Every step has a task, a time and a reason — and every participant builds and explains their own view.

  1. 01

    Question

The facilitator poses a precise challenge tied to a real business decision.

  2. 02

    Model

Everyone builds their own answer. Ideas take shape before the loudest voice steers the conversation.

  3. 03

    Meaning

Participants speak through their models, listen to the differences and connect what they have in common.

  4. 04

    Decision

The team builds a shared picture and turns insights into priorities, owners and next moves.

What does it look like, step by step?

  1. Definition

Together with management, we clearly define the problem and work out every phase of the workshop.

  2. Workshop

The workshop itself, which can last from a few hours to a few days depending on the problem and the number of participants.

  3. Report

A report summarising all the insights we reached in the workshop, with action steps that lead to change.

Before we talk

Frequently asked questions

01Do participants need to know how to use LEGO® bricks?

No. The workshop starts with short exercises that introduce everyone to the way of working. No prior experience or special creative skill is needed.

02Is this team building?

It can be fun and bring people closer, but a good experience is not the only goal. We start from a concrete business challenge and finish with agreed insights and next steps.

03What does the team keep after the workshop?

Depending on the format: shared models, photos of the work, agreed priorities and a concise or detailed report with action steps.

04Can the workshop topic be confidential?

Yes. We agree on the scope, participants and how the work is documented in advance, and we can also work under a non-disclosure agreement if needed.
